- FleetOsmart is looking for hands-on and passionate personality to join a highly energetic team for developing a brand in Telematics and fleet management solutions through digitalization of transport operation for small and medium sized fleets.

- In this role, you will be responsible to drive innovation in full-stack product development, data science and analytics while relentlessly improving performance, scalability, and sustainability. You will be leading the entire IT vertical that will involve problem solving and overlooking IT operations.

- We work with millions of real time data points and work towards processing it to present in the most user friendly way to our users.

Responsibilities :

- Conceptualize and design a highly scalable and robust architecture for our services

- Continuous enhancement for the solutions and offerings.

- Conceptualize and develop new and innovative solutions that will give competitive edge.

- Test, debug and maintain the existing application software

- Work with designers and front-end engineers to build APIs

- Develop the tools for deployment and change management.

- Engage in service capacity planning and demand forecasting

- Manage and develop team

- Manage and develop vendors

Prerequisites :

- 8-10 Years of total industry experience.

- Extensive experience (3-5 Years) in developing enterprise/business/smart apps on native Android platform

- Proven experience of at least 5 years of developing enterprise grade apps.

- Expert level hands-on knowledge on Full Stack development. Android architectural principles, Human Interface Guidelines, Testing Frameworks and automation, Code Coverage tools, Profilers for Memory, CPU and File Systems.

- Hands-on experience of designing and integrating web-services interfaces (SOAP/RESTful- JSON/XML based) with native apps.

- Hands-on experience of working on DBMS, particularly MySQL and SQLITE, MariaDB, MongoDB, Big data, Hadoop

- 3 years of Enterprise Web application development with below mentioned skills -PHP, HTML, CSS5, JAVASCRIPTS

- Understand Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle process.

- Excellent attitude and interpersonal skill.

- Very good communication skills

- Passion for automation, simplicity, security and scalability of systems

- Proficiency with large databases, it's design and maintenance.

- Excellent command over Data Structures and Algorithms

Good to have :

- Experience with automated unit/regression testing will be helpful.

- Comfortable with agile, iterative development practices and code reviews

- Experience in architecting & building real-time, large scale applications

- Contributions to open-source, blogs, hackathons are a big plus

- A great team with courage to handle different adverse situations.

- Go getter attitude and willing to take larger responsibilities.

- More importantly start up working mind set.
