Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop successful marketing campaigns; own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Design & produce engaging content for social media, paid & internal media that can attract and convert our target customers.
- Oversee development of marketing material, (collaterals, ads, app content, etc).
- Experiment with a variety of new channels around community, content, video, influencers, etc to drive brand awareness.
- Track the efficiency & effectiveness of the marketing campaigns.
- Track consumer insights & engagement to improve the effectiveness of the campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in designing and executing marketing campaigns across channels.
- Experience leading creative input, development, and execution from concept to completion.
- Experience in Social Media Community & Content Management.
- Consumer centricity, out-of-box thinking, and a knack for storytelling.
- A love for great copy, creativity, and communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen interest in analyzing data and transforming it into actionable strategies.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing at a consumer Tech \ FMCG \ retail \ advertising \ eCommerce firm.
