- Owner of customer acquisition for the business (especially in the United States)
- Build long-term creative growth hacking strategies for customer acquisition and lead the team in execution over the short/medium term
- Work closely with global teams on developing marketing, CX and product roadmaps to make it even more simple and delightful for customers
- Drive an objective and sustained approach to acquisition efficiencies
- Write new playbooks on customer acquisition for the business
- Work closely with launch marketing and other teams to build the right content targeting framework across customer cohorts to maximize conversion
- Mentor and develop a team of high-performing growth hackers
- Drive robust and detailed measurement and reporting processes
Skills :
- Growth Hacking Strategy; build and execute plans to achieve organizational growth goals specifically in the US
- Analyses current acquisition and retention strategies, do end-to-end customer research to give formulate insights

- Experience in a growth hacking role for a high growth B2C Tech Startup.
- Demonstrable experience of influencing growth with a focus on data and reducing CAC
- Great communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams
