Flam App - Senior Manager - Growth (3-5 yrs)
- Owner of customer acquisition for the business (especially in the United States)
- Build long-term creative growth hacking strategies for customer acquisition and lead the team in execution over the short/medium term
- Work closely with global teams on developing marketing, CX and product roadmaps to make it even more simple and delightful for customers

- Customer Conversion; improve the conversion of prospects into happy customers
- Customer Retention; improve customer experience to reduce churn and increase LTV
- Experience in a growth hacking role for a high growth B2C Tech Startup.
- Demonstrable experience of influencing growth with a focus on data and reducing CAC
- Great communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams
