Founder's Office - Flam is a social Metaverse startup leveraging and democratizing AR creation, sharing and consumption as the entry point. We are seeing tremendous traction in India and did a soft launch through Walgreens in the US. - Flam is acquiring AR content creators at ~10X speed of Snap and recently surpassed snap's AR creator count of 250,000 - this is the pace at which TikTok acquired video content creators v/s Youtube. Within 8-months of launch Flam has got to 500M+ interactions on their camera and 500k+ creators! Flam targets 4B+ global internet users in its social metaverse. - We are hiring for a Founder's Office role to enable founders to think on the vision while this person is focused on executing the mission and day-to-day activities. - You will work with Flam CEO to prioritize and drive several internal and external initiatives for product launches, marketing campaigns, hiring, financial analysis, providing metrics, investor reports and ensuring the CEO's focus and time is invested in the company's top priorities. Responsibility : - A role where you work directly with our founders or leadership team to help them build and grow the company - Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization - Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and investor reports - Help in sustaining investor relations, fundraising and business development - Coordinate with the tech, product, marketing teams to build and launch new products, iterate to get to product-market fit, build strategic partnerships, design go-to-market strategies and establish key business opportunities. Basically establish and track progress across multiple projects ( OKRs etc) and work with stakeholders across functions : - Strategy is great ; But operationalizing projects when they don't have a clearly defined owner is higher IMPACT! - Hiring is always part of a start-up's journey - do your part in recruiting the best and creating a fun and hungry work environment for everyone - Pick up special projects which align with the key priorities of Flam at different times - Maintain knowledge around metaverse, web3.0, blockchain, crypto and keeping the team updated - In reality, this role doesn't come with a definition or a checklist of job responsibilities. As Founders' Staff, you will be expected to have a whatever-it-takes approach to help the founders on some of the key business areas. Requirements : - 2 to 3 years of total experience - Getting things done in a fast-paced work environment - Lives and breathes Consumer trends and is up to date with Ganz's and is creative about ways to reach them and bring them on to Flam - Be nimble enough to thrive in a fast-changing start-up environment yet being organised and detail-oriented to ensure nothing falls off the cracks - An understanding of budgets and business planning - Ex-entrepreneur, strong work-experience in start-ups will be preferred - You find yourself geeking out over blogs regarding Metaverse, Web3, NFTs, Crypto etc. - You are quick to pick up new skills if required to get the job done.
