Fixed Income Dealer - Life Insurance

We are seeking an experienced Fixed Income Dealer for a Life insurance company. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in fixed income trading, with hands-on experience across various electronic trading platforms and in executing corporate bond deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute fixed income trades including government securities, SDLs, and corporate bonds.

- Manage and monitor positions, ensuring compliance with internal risk limits and regulatory guidelines.

- Use and navigate trading platforms such as NDS-OM, RFP, and EBP for primary and secondary market transactions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with counterparties, brokers, and internal stakeholders.

- Analyze market trends, yield curves, and credit spreads to identify trading opportunities.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in fixed income dealing, with a focus on corporate bond transactions.

- Proficiency in using NDS-OM, RFP, and EBP trading platforms.

- In-depth understanding of the Indian fixed income market, instruments, and regulatory environment.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- 1 year of minimum experience in fixed income trading or dealing roles.
