We are seeking a Fixed Income Analyst to support portfolio managers and analysts in researching and managing quantitative/systematic investment strategies across client portfolios.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in quantitative investment research, with preference given to those with portfolio management exposure. This role requires expertise in quantitative techniques to conduct innovative analysis projects that enhance systematic investment strategies.

The position demands strong quantitative and technical knowledge, along with a solid understanding of market fundamentals and drivers. The candidate should also possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and will work closely with portfolio managers on research projects, investment model development, and the preparation of client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

Quantitative Fixed Income Focus:

- Support the development and maintenance of the Fixed Income (FI) database.

- Assist in integrating Fixed Income data into existing infrastructure and tools.

- Conduct quantitative research and analysis to support the team's objectives.

- Contribute to the advancement of quantitative research methods and analytical techniques.

- Present research findings to the broader team and collaborate with analysts and portfolio managers to refine outputs based on feedback.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Passion for analytics and a strong interest in financial markets.

- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

- 2-5 years of experience in financial markets or asset management.

- Experience in quantitative portfolio management is an advantage.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, gather information, and deliver solutions.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

- Programming skills in languages such as R, Python, and SQL.

- Familiarity with statistical analysis, databases, and spreadsheet modeling.

- Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Effective team player, capable of working both collaboratively and independently while taking responsibility for assigned tasks.
