Fixed Assets Accountant - Automobile/FMCG/Manufacturing

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Capitalization and depreciation of fixed assets;

- Control of work in progress and assets under construction accounts

- Controlling payment to suppliers;

- Monthly recognition and revaluation on loans;

- Control of spares reporting and accruals;

- Control of inventory accounts;

- Preparation of fixed asset inputs for group reporting;

- Variance analysis against budget and forecast

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of sales invoices;

- Capex control - controlling issue of Capex numbers and reporting and analysis of spend

- Ownership for lease reporting

- Ensuring accurate VAT reporting

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Chartered accountant with demonstrable experience of managing fixed assets

- Expertise in VAT

- Ability to understand complex intercompany transactions and multi-currency transactions
