1. 10-14 years of years of experience in Solution Design, Presales and Consulting

2. Deal conceptualization and visualization of the intent of the business requirement (RFP, RFI) and act as overall Bid manager coordinating with various technology practices and collate, validate and put a formal response with complete ownership of quality, correctness/accuracy and coverage

3. Create, maintain and reuse technical assets and collaterals repository, effectively managing and reducing overall cycle time and turnaround time for responses, proposals and presentations

4. A technical oriented individual contributor who would lead and front end CoE/Practice/Business Technology Services - in the areas of branding, marketing, technical content creation, prospects conversion, driving CxO, senior management visits representing on behalf of the CoE leaders the strengths, capabilities, competencies

5. Should be confidently managing Due- Diligence, Assessments, discovery phases till queries, proposals and requisitions are successfully converted into assignments and/or SoW's are signed off.

6. Should have good exposure and understanding of technology areas not limited to Applications modernizations, .Net, J2EE, Micro services, Systems Integrations, Agile, CI, CD, DevOps, Cloud, Automation, Service delivery models including high level solution design

7. Should have managed campaigns, collaterals creation at various levels and driven proof of concepts and content creation for leading edge technology areas, innovation, R&D

8. Should have end to end understanding of project lifecycles including managed services, infrastructure and environments, the overall eco system under which projects are executed, to leverage this in solution designs, interacting and collaborating with different practices to gather and articulate the systems design including information, technology, infrastructure architectures

9. Deserving candidate would have worked in the past in technical solutions and presales capacity

10. Should have worked in the past with the Technology CoE- s, Practices having complete understanding of the eco system including Technology, Information, Infrastructure, Data Architectures and solutions provided including managed services and various pricing and engagement models
