Award winning fin-tech startup is looking for a leader for their Customer support team who will guide and mentor a team of customer support agents and ensure impeccable customer service at all times.   Summary/Objective:  The Head of Customer support is responsible for ensuring effective customer service, by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products & services and strengths of the members within the Customer Service team  Key Responsibilities:  1. Directs and oversees all aspects of customer service policies, objectives, and initiatives.  2. Aligns customer service activities and initiatives to support and enhance the objectives of the organization while maintaining in-depth working knowledge of organization's products and services.  3. Streamlines and implements processes pertinent to the effective and efficient operation of the Customer Service Department that produces high quality customer service delivery reflecting industry best practices.  4. Ensures that systems are designed and utilized to capture and report service metrics, including customer feedback or trends in products or services.   5. Sets performance standards to meet service goals of company. Coaches the team regularly, in order to achieve high performance.   6. Oversees customer issues and ensures timely and optimum problem resolution, in a professional fashion.  7. Measures Customer Service Representatives- performance, identifies improvement areas and sets training agenda for department members.  8. Assists Customer Service Representatives in troubleshooting customer queries/problems that require special handling.  9. Performs other related duties as assigned.  Job Specifications: This is a full-time position. Monday-Saturday  Education:  1. Bachelor's degree/ Master's Degree  Skills/Competencies  1.
