About the team :

The Intelligent Automation team is driving a transformational journey across the Client Engagement group within Banking Solutions. We have a clear focus on enhancing operational efficiency and improving customer satisfaction through automation, enabling self-service, and accelerating digitization efforts across employee and client touchpoints. We use the right technologies and frameworks to solve high-impact problems, building intelligent solutions through hybrid AI/ML and traditional RPA frameworks.

Problems You'd Be Solving :

- Develop end to end AI and machine learning pipelines

- Work with a cross-functional team of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, IT Architects

- Productionalize models and AI/ML workflows

- Help innovate the way AI is used within the company and integrated into legacy and next-gen platforms

- Prototype new approaches and production solutions at scale

- Leveraging managed ML platforms for training, hosting and maintaining ML models

- Identify opportunities for platformization by communicating with our Data Scientist and IT Architect

- Balance the needs of Application Owners, Data Scientists, Data Engineer, and other engineers in a growing team to operationalize AI.

What you bring:

Knowledge / Experience and Skills:

- Demonstrated technical initiative and leadership on previous projects

- The ability to work in a fast paced, growing team leveraging top notch tool suites

- Desire to mentor & grow other machine learning engineers across the team to further these efforts

- A deep understanding of software that allows you make the right trade offs

- Natural curiosity & eagerness to learn

- Solid understanding of data science algorithms including neural networks, classification, regression, decision trees

- Familiarity with database modeling and data warehousing principles and SQL.

- Familiarity with Big Data tools like Spark, Hive, API deployment etc.

- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Scala or similar language.

- Ability to comprehend and debug sophisticated systems integrations.

- Creativity to engineer novel solutions, and to push beyond current tools and approaches.

- 5+ years experience working in the ML Engineering or AI/ML Architecture space

- 5+ years experience working with Python coding

- 2+ years experience architecting and working with cloud-based solutions and integration

- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and make key design choices on projects.

Qualifications :

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
