Firstventure - Specialist - Learning & Development (3-5 yrs)

Overview:

Our clients are looking to implement a culture of high performance, continuous learning and automated training in their companies. The Learning specialist will utilize their experience in training, skill development and onboarding to develop and implement L&D initiatives for our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Understand client training needs

- Manage the assessment, planning, designing, developing and implementation of all Learning and Development solutions for clients

- Check with clients to ensure their training programs are running successfully

- Source training materials and solutions from third-parties as required

- Work closely with client points of contact to ensure that the business needs are met by providing training solutions, reports, recommendations as needed

- Identifying suitable partners for coaching, workshops, e-learning, video creation, and other activities for clients

- Defining mechanisms for training reports, analytics and success measurement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology or relevant field

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a training coordinator, training manager, L&D consultant or other similar role.

- Experience in applying adult learning principles and consulting, coaching, mentoring, and training techniques

Skills:

- Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Systems (LXP)

- Learning frameworks and pedagogies

- Project Management

- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

- Eye for detail

- Communication skills

- Problem solving skills
