Role & Responsibilities: - Working with Capability leader on scoping /planning and strategy on new learning/skilling Initiatives/projects - Be the central point of contact on all enterprise level learning/Business training projects - Budgeting and planning resources for initiatives /projects at org level - Coordinating and partnering with business training/ops leads/SPOCS on various initiatives - Partnering with stakeholders to gather data , track ,monitor and report progress on multiple projects/initiatives - Ensure Projects start and end on time with planned outcomes - Raise red flags and bring out risks, roadblocks to the leaderships attention and help clear them - Prepare for and present to leadership on projects status and closures - Work with stakeholders across geographies/time-zones to collaborate on execution/implementation of initiatives - Organize and lead project update/planning meetings /discussions - Send regular mail updates to stakeholders/leadership on project initiation , ongoing updates and closures - Help create value and outcomes through initiatives/projects as per goals Required skills: - Project management expertise and experience - Experience in leading and completing large org wide level initiatives successfully - Comfortable to work with data , reporting and presentations - Good understanding of and exposure to learning/training processes - Good understanding and mastery of PM tools ,power point , excel etc. - Understanding of budgeting, resourcing , procurement processes - Ability to multitask - Relationship management - Result orientation and outcome driven - Prior experience in learning/training at a managerial level is a plus - Good understanding of the organization , its business units and enabling functions is a plus
