You will be responsible for:

- Working directly with clients, understanding their problem statements and providing solutions

- Gathering, understanding and eliciting requirements

- Converting requirements into user-stories / technical documentation such as functional and technical specifications

- Creating low and high fidelity wireframes and working along with the Design/UX/UI team

- Working with stakeholders/client on managing and planning for sprint

- Acting as a bridge between the Technical Team and Client

This is a great next step for your career, if you have:

- 3 - 5 Years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Documentation and working with US Clients

- Worked in B2B SaaS space/product. Ideally we are looking for someone who has worked in US Financial Platform / Capital Markets or Lending space

- Completed BE/BSc/BCA - MBA from Top-tier college (Required)

- Sound Understanding of modern tech stack (MERN/MEAN/AWS/Mobile App)

- Experience working on US Financial Domain / Capital Markets or Lending (added advantage)

- Experience working as a Product Owner or owning the Software Delivery cycle and working with Engineering team (added advantage)

- Strong sense of ownership, accountability & are good at multitasking

- The ability to work under challenging environment and own a go-getter attitude

- Strong communication skills (spoken & written)

- The ability to switch between a Team-player and Individual Contributor role

- A positive attitude towards taking feedback, improving and learning from them

This role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer.
