FirstCry - Technology Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Lead/Guide a team of developers to build the next gen marketing automation platform

2. Hands on with Modular Software Architecture, Software Design and Implementation Institute and Lead the adoption of best practices, coding standards and development practices to improve the quality of the deliverables Own Reliability, Quality and Costs agendas for the assigned teams.

Must Haves:

1. 10+ years of relevant industry experience Worked at the scale where the organisation had at least 20Mn MAU Very Strong System design and OO skills with a nifty ability to craft clean interfaces and operate at the right levels of abstraction.

2. Solid coding skills with ability to drive teams through massive refactoring exercise & improve coding standards across large code bases

3. Experience in NodeJS OR PHP and Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

4. Experience in databases like MongoDB, MySQL, etc.

5. Excellent Problem Solving skills for complex & large scale Systems Experience & expertise in a variety of large scale persistent systems and databases Deep understanding of cloud based distributed systems.

6. Must have in-depth knowledge on one of the cloud platforms viz. AWS/GCP/Azure
