Job Summary :

We seek a manager with a strong business services background and experience in driving relationships and client success.

Although our user engagement products are designed keeping end customers in mind, our clients are enterprise businesses, who have real world limitations within which they work. This role entails understanding business goals and constraints, and translating that into the best use of our engagement tools. Building analytical business stories driven on data is an essential part of our business journey and keen analytical capabilities with good presentation skills is important.

Summary of key responsibilities :

As a business manager, you are responsible for implementing our proprietary engagement products client side, driving success and nurturing a strategic partnership

Implementation :

- Understand client business processes and consult them with a plan for the best implementation of our product suite

- Identify milestones and stakeholders for each project.

- Work cross-functionally to ensure compliance to the deadline and overall business plan

- Build strong relationships within a matrix structure to ensure achievement of business objectives

Driving success and partnership :

- Delivery topline from products for the organization, while working within guardrails set by clients

- Responsible for delivery of KPIs such as increased member base, frequency, and conversions

- Develop and drive brand positioning for clients be it via campaigns, feedback, loyalty, proximity marketing or e-commerce

- Design segments, tactics and execute to enable close delivery against targets, with a strategic focus

- Develop an agile and dynamic technology and data-driven approach to business. Create an ecosystem which enables this through technology teams at client side and internally

- Deep insights and segments to enable a deep understanding of consumer behaviors and patterns

- Develop toolkits that allow business to be agile in driving conversion around above insights

- Designing and developing strategies including segmentation strategies, customer journey mapping, customer value propositions and loyalty programs

- Defining solutions with consideration to data, people, process and technology enablers and commercial viability

- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop joint marketing strategies and plans; oversees implementation and monitors results.

- Track, analyze and communicate offer and program performance. Recommend action plans to address variances in performance against annual plan.

- Regularly validate company's value add to client business and deepen engagement

Skills :

- 3-7 years of experience in Analytical services in a client facing role.

- Good marketing domain knowledge, particularly in the CRM domain.

- Knowledge in SQL would be a plus. Willingness to learn SQL if not already comfortable is a must

- Should be good at analytical thinking & breaking down large problems into solvable chunks.

- Have a consulting orientation; gather different perspectives, examples and use them to enrich day-to-day work.

- Willing to travel client side as and when required
