2. JOB PURPOSE:

To perform all functions of Treasury Back office whilst adhering to related regulatory guidelines and internal processes.

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Execute deals flow smoothly from various trading platforms.

- Validate all deals concluded by Global Markets for further processing at back office.

- Responsible to verify and authorize transactions, reconcile transactions processed on daily basis and ensure all settlements within applicable cut-offs.

- Follow up for non- receipt of all documents required as per regulations and internal procedures.

- Responsible for checking and verifying documents as per bank's Policy & Procedures.

- Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports.

- Perform KYC for all treasury customers.

- Report daily fund flows to dealer and monitor intraday liquidity.

- Perform timely reconciliations and ensure breaks are regularized.

- Monitor the receivables/payables to/from the clients.

- Responsible to ensure timely and adequate funding of the clearing house and nostro accounts to facilitate smooth interbank settlements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Experience of at least 10 years in processing, settlement and confirmation of FX, Money Market, Fixed Income and Derivative trades.

- Good knowledge of CCIL process and local regulations

- Experienced in working on various application provided by RBI, CCIL, FIMMDA etc

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
