FinTree - AVP - Digital Sales & Marketing - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Summary:

This is a Startup role, Candidate will be working closely with the Founder. The role will require multi-domain expertise ranging from Digital Media, Technology and Finance.

Key Deliverables:

1. Designing and Executing a non conventional Social Media Content Strategy using Omni- Channel Platforms including Youtube, Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn etc

2. Designing and Running Performance Marketing Campaigns on Various platforms

3. Designing and Executing SEO strategies

4. Exploring and Building Non-Linear Growth Startegies with Affiliations, Partnerships, Referral Programs etc

5. Designing (non tech) and Implementing an In-house CRM system

6. Design and Implement a PR strategy, Deploy appropriate tools etc

Experience: 2 to 5 years, EdTech Experience preferred

Qualification :

1. MBA from Tier- I Institutes, Digital Marketing experience is a must
