FinTech Practice Leader with a USA based global software solutions company.
Responsibilities:
- Actively thinking with clients about business strategies, development integration of innovative concepts, technologies and transformation plans
- Actively updating yourself with new developments and innovations in the industry and contribute to developing activities for our growing practice within the European & Global FinTech market
- Strategy (growth and competition strategies, new business models, product and market entry strategies, etc.)
- Marketing (marketing strategies and efficiency programs, meaningful segmentation, organization and operations, etc.)
- Pricing (avoiding price wars, innovation pricing, effective price execution, discount systems, global pricing, etc.)
- Sales (sales force effectiveness, channel management, sales organization/strategy, etc.)
- Accompany our leadership and sales department on meetings with clients (international)
- Each engagement presents a new set of challenges. You will need to use your prior financial technology experience, analytical, innovative- and problem-solving skills to think of ways to solve the challenges.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience within the Financial and/or FinTech industry in a practice lead position and overall 10+ years of experience
- You are inspired by complex financial business cases. In addition, you have exceptionally strong analytical / quantitative skills and you are able to structure complex questions
- You do not shy away from a difficult meeting and you are always able to communicate your findings in a structured and clear way
- A representative appearance and proactive, independent attitude;
- Excellent communicative skills in English (written and oral). Nice to have German or Dutch speaking skills- Introduce your network or contacts - not mandatory but nice to have
- Understanding of the challenges that our company faces, finance operating models, intelligent finance technologies and enabling new ways to create opportunities
