Craft alliances with Banks, NBFCs, Financial institutions and create a diverse mix of product portfolio for your customers

- Leading business development and revenue generation with profit maximization.

- Identify, develop and harness new markets, products and ideas, aligned to company goals

- Ensure best in class commercials, swift process & service from partners

- Continually refine the credit policies, process and underwriting criteria basis market, competitors, loan book performance etc.

- Monitor performance of credit team including Approval ratio, approval TATs, delinquency ratio, NPAs & write-offs

- Strategy planning, execution and monitoring of marketing and advertising of the company offerings
