Finpeg - Assistant Vice President - Wealth Business

- Finpeg is one of India's fastest growing robo-advisory platforms. - It will be challenging because the learning curve will be steep. What we sell is not the same old run-of-the-mill products such as SIPs and ULIPs. Instead they are very very cutting edge investment solutions. So it won't exactly be a cake-walk to come up to speed.

- But if you are up for the challenge, we assure you that within six months, you will have a pro-like grasp of some of the most intricate nuances of the wealth management business and access to a bouquet of some of the most sophisticated wealth management solutions ever built.

- And it will be exciting because you will be selling wealth solutions that are so cutting edge, they simply do NOT exist hitherto in this country. You will be part of an all-IIM co-founding team that's truly changing the paradigm of wealth management industry in the country.

- This role is ideal for someone who has had a long and distinguished career in the wealth management space, but is now tired of working for someone else.

What are we looking for :

- 8+ years of experience as a relationship manager at any leading financial institution (such as banks / insurance companies / brokerages / asset management companies and/or wealth management enterprises)

- It would be essential that you have a very strong and rich base of connects with HNIs and mass affluent and retail investors, to whom Finpeg's wealth/retirement solutions can be pitched

- A passion for consultative sales and business development. This is NOT a traditional bank RM role where you pester potential customers with incessant cold calls and then try to - sell ice to the eskimo. Instead this role is about explaining our one-of-its-kind algorithms and investment strategies that have won widespread acclaim from a large and growing base of customers because of their uniqueness and sophistication

- A strong entrepreneurial mindset suited for working in a fast-paced startup environment We clearly don- t care if you attended a fancy college or have a fancy degree; a widely acclaimed college degree will of course help, but more than that, what we care for the most is passion for what we are doing

What this job offers :

Apart from a fixed compensation of INR 6 - 12 lakhs per annum, there are 3 other big components that should really excite you:

- A very lucrative incentive structure linked to your performance.

- But what should excite you more is a fairly gracious amount of ESOP (0.5% - 1.5%) that this role will offer. This will allow you to own shares in the fastest growing (and funded) robo-adviosry platform in India.
