Desired Qualifications : MBA/MMS/PG/any other specialization in Marketing from Tier II B school

Desired Work Experience : Marketing management/function role preferably in the BFSI space

Key Responsibilities :

Brand Management & Marketing Communications :

a) Showcase understanding & experience in managing brand and product communications

b) Exhibit knowledge and ideas on overall campaign planning and communication strategy

c) Substantial experience and know-how in devising clutter-breaking marketing campaigns, including media plans involving all key as well as new age contemporary mediums

d) Ability to work on multiple jobs simultaneously and close all within crunched timelines

e) Ability to churn out communication creatives on an on-going basis

f) Ability to deliver high impact of campaigns within modest budgets

g) Showcase experience in handling PR and marketing on digital domains

Channel/ Product Support :

a) Work closely with channel & product teams to give out new ideas/solutions/communications that will help them in approaching consumers and sell better

b) Work closely with other internal department/stakeholders like HR, IT, others to create a strong, on-going internal communications programmes

Market Research :

a) Generate consumer insights through primary and secondary research

b) Drive periodic brand health checks as well as consumer behavioural and consumption studies

c) Collate insights form bank sales personnel as well as bank customers, which can be fed into new products or service insights

Consumer Engagement :

a) Conceptualise and implement key company events aimed at influencer audience & consumers at large

b) Recommend and drive small, medium and large scale initiatives specifically aimed and creation of awareness, product launch, lead generation, conversions

Agency Management :

a) Deft at handling key agencies like creative, media, event, digital, others and maintaining healthy relationships, getting them to deliver quality jobs during crunched timelines too

b) Ability to source new agencies, on-board and deliver effective and well-negotiated pricing to ensure effective and beneficial professional engagement for the required job/objective
