- Own & Drive the end-to-end product suites, strategy and growth for one or more top verticals - Product management for Bank's core business lines - DMT, AePS and MicroATM for Own Channel and API channel end to end - Clearly define the product roadmap & deliver within timelines which makes a considerable impact - Responsible for developing the annual budget and P&L for the products DMT, AEPS and MicroATM with overall management of P&L of the products quarter on quarter basis - Manage multiple projects in a cross-functional and fast-paced, start-up environment and align with internal stakeholders and external partners - Responsible for development of monthly commission structure and incentive plan for own and API channel within product P&L in line with the industry - Monitor the impact of product launches or product enhancement, draw insights and adapt to enhance the product suite - Responsible for the identification of opportunities in line with the industry, ecosystem and requirement of channel both own and API - Responsible to coordinate with entities like NPCI and UIDAI for implementing new product related guidelines and functionalities - Responsible for doing the industry benchmarking of the product - DMT, AePS, MicroATM to offer competetive pricing to API clients and own channel - Building the API Banking, Neo Banking and Fintech Partnerships functions for the bank from ground up - Relationship Management with Bank's existing API clients and responsible for building up business for DMT, AePS and MicroATM product lines - Responsible for onboarding new API clients in coordination with Bank's Alliances team - Define, Setup and implement the process framework for identification, evaluation and technical integration with the identified startups and fintechs so as to drive new customer acquisition across banking products and generate revenue through fee income - Evaluate and Select startups and fintechs for possible engagements which fulfil the criteria laid out in API process framework - Responsible for coordination with Bank's Technology, Operations and Finance team for requirement fulfillment related to Product development and API client management - Responsible for creating Go to Market strategies for new product development and roll out for quick adoption by own channel and API Channel - To lead a team of Junior Product Managers and Operations Executive for API client and own channel management Criteria - Overall 8-10 years of experience in BFSI with core specialization in handling products - Domestic Money Transfer, AePS, MicroATM - MBA in Finance / IT or equivalent degree - Degree / Certification (or significant on-job experience) in Product Development, Relationship Management - Excellent skills in MS office - Excel, PowerPoint and Word - Excellent communication skills in English with good negotiation - Team building skills and should have handled team in the past - Has the capability to manage multiple projects, and has experience with managing product from conception to launch - Should have a flair of always keeping abreast with the latest developments in the industry and ecosystem - regulations and compliance related to products in charge - Experienced with APIs and software development and work together well with both technical and commercial teams will have an added advantage - Good aptitude and quick learner
