Participate in Analysts meet &amp; investors conference, road shows Budgeting, costing, MIS - Monitoring cash flow situation of Company, fixed Asset Approval process, Budgetary Control &amp; ROI analysis Internal Control improving &amp; streamlining processes continuously. Fund Raising - Responsible for debt fund raising activities of the company. Sourcing and liaison with potential banks and financial institutions for various project finance requirements. Well connected with PSU/Private Banks/NBFC and Alternative Investment Funds. Negotiate and finalize terms of financing. Corporate Strategy and Planning - Establishes finance operational strategies by evaluating trends; designing systems; accumulating resource, studying economic trends and revenue opportunities&amp; cost reduction. Candidate Profile - CA with 10 years of total experience with BFSI industry - Working background in NBFC or MFI is mandatory - Should have managed and dealt in a similar role/capacity for at least 4 years in NBFC or MFI industry - Excellent presentation and relationship management skills Location- Navi Mumbai
