FINO Payments Bank - Digital Products Role - Prepaid/Travel Cards (1-3 yrs)

Responsibilities include :

- Work closely with Technology, Operations, Compliance and other support teams in effectively launching new digital products and services

- Ensure BRDs are developed and are in line with the requirements of the business

- Driving innovative ideas to fulfillment is a critical requirement of this role

- Define and report on metrics that represent progress against digital goals

- Drive the P&L on various digital products and services including PPI

- Manage a team of Product specialists to ensure end to end product management for various digital products and services

- Work on various UI/ UX for various digital journeys to ensure that they are optimised for the relevant customer segments

- Be able to work with external Fintech partners to bring critical capabilities to the Bank

- Ensure that the digital assets and capabilities required by other teams are driven as - Digital as a Service

- Work closely with marketing and analytics team to drive engagement Responsible for effectiveness of main digital presence, branding, public relations, corporate social media strategy and framework corporate content strategy & change management underpinning digital strategy & initiatives.

- Work very closely with channel team and merchants for managing channel migration of customers to digital products

- Conceptualize and run various digital campaigns to drive customer behavior towards digital.

Qualifications :

- Engineer, MBA Degree

- Banking or Fintech experience is mandatory especially on Products side

- Experience Good knowledge about digital products(Banking) and experience in payment products (UPI/Micro ATM/AEPS) and new product development initiatives.

- 3-5 years experience out of which at least 3 years experience in managing Digital products and Campaigns at customer level

- Hands-on knowledge of working on APKs, SDKs, App Analytics, etc would be preferred

- Must be proficient Digital product management, revenue driving and channel management
