Job Description:

We are looking to enhance our core training team by bringing a like-minded full-time trainer who is passionate about improving the current education landscape in the finance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Training and Research: The main responsibility of the Trainer will be to deliver lectures (All programs conducted by us) and conduct in-depth research on assigned modules to maintain the best in industry content. Training will include taking lectures, doubt sessions, preparing notes & counseling students.

- Departmental Role: Partake in a few business development activities of the organization.

- This is a full-time training role (NOT PART TIME).

Requisites:

1. 1-3 years of work experience in core finance domains

2. CFA (US) cleared /CA complete/MBA from tier 1 college

3. It will be preferable if the candidate has past training experience (part time or full time)

Interview Process: Round 1- Telephonic Interview, round 2: Physical Demo lectures, round 3: physical interview.

Compensation: 12 - 18 Lakhs CTC Per Annum
