Finnacle Shah Classes - Business Development Head & Counselor

Job description :

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Education and Financial Institutions to create awareness of our training programs

- Identify and secure partnership opportunities with a specific list of institutions

- Making the sales pitch to these stakeholders, displaying a strong understanding of our education services, products, and unique propositions

- Build a strong pipeline and processes so that business growth is sustainable

- Being Head of Business development requires a considerable amount of travel within the country and inter-city (Mumbai & Surat) to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

- Counsel students for their course inquiry

- Counsel students and concerned parents in person and on the phone

- Complete daily, weekly and monthly tasks, follow-ups

- Calculate conversion rates

- Use the CRM and sales automation tools to derive Sales and Reports

- Will be given additional responsibilities as senior counselors

- Not a target-oriented job, in-house full-time counseling to students ole and no cold calls

Required Experience and Qualifications:

- Fluent Written & Spoken English Language Skills

- Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills

- Interest in Sales and Counseling

- Multi-tasker
