Incorporated in Delaware (US), we are a fintech start-up offering a suite of financial analysis products based on algorithm and automation, which is used by banks, financial institutions and institutional investors for credit assessment. The company's focus is to provide a meaningful and deep insight from the company's publicly available financial statements through its proprietary algorithms and financial analysis automation.

This role is ideal for someone who has the right mix of leadership, passion, energy and experience to setup, develop and grow a financial analysis service business. The candidate must be well networked in the financial/banking/corporate institutions. Also, the candidate should be able to build a fintech company with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, automation and algorithm in the financial analysis space.

Requirements :

- Minimum 10 years- experience in business development with banking/financial institutions or Fixed Income Sales serving institutional/corporate clients.

- Prior experience in the leadership team managing a team of not less than 5 team members

- Strong academic record and qualified from top tier institutes

- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities, dynamic and an investment enthusiast

- Excellent skills in business development, relationship management, communication and presentation.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations

Responsibilities :

- Initiate, develop and maintain business relationships with financial/corporate institutions globally to market and sell the company's financial analysis products.

- Develop and manage the operations team, which will be executing the company's financial analysis.

- Develop the company's strategy and roadmap for business development, execution and marketing.

- Liaise with company's founders/mentors to execute the company's vision, strategy and mission.

- Ensure company and its businesses comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements and best operational practices
