What would you be required to do?.

- Assist the leadership team with decision making about policy and strategy.

- Oversee the company's fiscal activities including budgeting and financial planning.

- Review and supervise to ensure the legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

- Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.

- Define the future structure of Finance and Accounting for Design Qandy.

- Maintain accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts and defining accounting policies and procedures.

- Review Sales/Operations/Supply Chain finance activities and work with multi-function teams (Sales,.

- Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain) on inter dependencies.

- Review financial reports for ways to reduce and optimize costs.

-Interactions and discussions with customers and external vendors/consultants on business and compliance related matters.

- Establish financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analysing, verifying, and reporting financial information, and managing accounting staff.
