Finishing Head - MEP - Real Estate

We are looking for a Finishing Head in Bangalore.

Industry: Real estate

Should have min of 10 Years Experience in Looking after all finishing work like masonry work, Tiling, flooring, painting, waterproofing, False ceiling, Wooden paneling, Faade work, Interior works, glazing, Expansion joint treatment, Including MEP works and Snag works.

Areas of Accountability :

- Implement and maintain a robust quality control system for finishing works.

- Ensure that all finishing materials and techniques meet the quality standards.

- Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify and address any quality issues promptly.

- Develop detailed finishing work schedules to ensure on time project completion.

- Proactively identify issues/obstacles and devise comprehensive solutions.

- Allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines.

- Monitor progress and take corrective actions if needed to ensure on-time delivery.

- Execute the finishing works by supervising both Inhouse staff, contract staff & labour in line with industry productivity norms.

- Ensure sourcing of skilled tradesmen/craftsmen for Finishing works at the sites

- Provide clear instructions and guidance to the workforce.

- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and quality among the team.

- Partner with other project stakeholders (i. , Capability Lines, subcontractors etc. b) to ensure effective completion of the finishing works.

- Ensure that all finishing works are executed as per the quality standards, in a safe, efficient, and effective manner within the defined completion timelines & budget
