Job Description: Position: HR Executive Experience: 1-4 years Work Timings: 3pm - 12am Roles &amp; Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Implementation: - Working alongside business to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the organization and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees - Should be able to think through on initiatives to ensure employee development 2. Onboarding &amp; Induction: - Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees - Conducting induction sessions for new joinees - Collecting &amp; filing of necessary documents - Coordinating with the relevant departments &amp; leads to ensure smooth onboarding of the employee 3. Policies &amp; Guidelines: - Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress and social media permissions etc.) and keep employee handbook current - Assisting in formulating guidelines &amp; processes as &amp; when required 4. Statutory Compliance: - Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws - Should be updated on all statutory compliance changes 9.
