Findamental - Corporate Trainer (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilities Assumed:
- Training Instruction:
- Deliver hands-on training on finance (including, but not limited to, accounting, excel, valuation basics, corporate finance, relative valuation, financial modeling, DCF valuation, M&A and LBO Analysis) for corporate trainings, graduates, MBAs, and working professionals at colleges and at Findamental training centers
- Evaluate and grade assignments
- Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions
- Training Material:
- Plan, evaluate, and revise training material and methods of instruction
- Creating training material for new or existing courses in suitable formats
- Business Development:
- Conceptualizing new training courses
- Creating pitch books for colleges/corporates
- Keep abreast of developments in the field by reading current literature, discussions with colleagues, and participating in conferences
Prerequisites:
- Entrepreneurial attitude
- Strong grasp of various aspects of finance and analytical ability
- Passion for training with the ability to engage with trainees
- Ability to train various age groups i.e. from graduate students to senior finance professionals, and conduct hands-on finance training modules
- Aptitude for finance and business strategy with the ability to deliver not only on theoretical concepts, but also able to discuss and share perspective on actual financial events
- Ability to operate independently and with utmost accountability for any assignment
- Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and undertake other relevant projects in addition to training
- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and perform under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills
- Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
Education and Experience:
- Preferred MBA/CFA/CA with 2-6 years relevant experience in investment banking, equity research, asset management, or finance KPO
- Graduates with 3+ relevant experience
