We "sit" at the convergence of proptech and fintech by re-imagining largest asset class - Real Estate and largest industry - Banking.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for setting up Funnel for all ATL and BTL acquisitions
- Analyze customer insights and behavior, customer personas, and consumer trends
- Interact with Sales teams to understand key challenges and opportunities, create an action plan to address them
- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creatives
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
- Monitor competition (product, pricing, and new features)
- Create a monthly calendar of campaigns for the projects
Desired Skills :
- 2 years in the Real Estate industry
- Should have handled large project launches
- Out-of-the-box thinker who can gather consumer insights and translate them for marketing campaigns
