Fincity Capital Markets division advises real estate developers on the product, pricing strategy, and capital raising.

About the Position :

Help establish Fincity as a - Thought Leader- in Real Estate by publishing original research on micro-market trends, competitive intensity, product mix, pricing trends, demand & supply, consumer insights, and buying behavior.

Responsibilities :

- Market Research: Analyze micro-market to understand demand & supply trends, price discovery, product attributes & specifications, competition insights.

- Customer Insights: Undertake in-depth customer research studies to identify the needs & aspirations of customers. Identify key decisioning criteria and influencing inputs for customer decision.

- Product Strategy: Develop demand assessment, financial viability, pricing & sales velocity, product USPs and recommend optimal product mix recommendation (eg: residential - affordable, mid-segment, high-end), type (apartment, rowhouses, villa, etc.) or intended usage (resi only, resi+commercial, high street retail, etc.) for a given location.

- Valuation: Valuation and technical due diligence for land parcel (residential, plotted and commercial).

Requirements :

- Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate market research and product strategy.

- Track record of publishing cutting-edge market research reports.

- Architecture degree preferred.

- Ability to handle software packages like Auto CAD, Revit Architecture, Google Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, MS Office, MS Project.
