Our digital lending products, in partnership with 50+ banks, are Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) and are introducing Business Loans (BL) and Personal Loans (PL) soon. We have over 100,000 satisfied customers and expanding rapidly.

Fincity.AI is an Enterprise SaaS-based Digital Lending platform which enables (1) origination; (2) Conversion; (3) Onboarding; (4) Transaction; (5) Engagement (Reward & Recognition); (6) Cross-sell / Ups-sell to a customer. Given entire customer data is Live on the platform, we are able to perform analytics / ML/AI led algorithms that learn from prior history and take corrective actions. Our clients including leading banks in India.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze, recommend and lead the implementation of improvement initiatives

- Come up with and expedite growth hacks to generate inbound and outbound leads

- Own creative planning sessions to help define and evaluate growth initiatives

- Identify industry trends and insights (digital marketing, UX/UI)

- Choosing which metrics/KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to focus on in accordance with the other departments & bringing traditional and creative ideas to grow those KPIs.

- Scaling and Automating the growth processes.

- Plan and execute strategies/hacks to facilitate customer growth and retention.

- Data mining, email automation, media buying

- Develop and implement front-end web code where appropriate to launch interactive tools and apps benefiting the marketing teams goals

- Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other departments (Product, marketing, top management) in order to present results and make the product more user-centric.

- Conduct and present competitive analyses and market research

Requirements:

- Previous working experience as a Marketing Growth Hacker in a startup environment with at least 5 years of cumulative experience

- Knowledge and experience in SEO, SEM, SMO

- Extensive knowledge of marketing and growth hack tools.

- Applicable knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery

- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

- High standards of excellence and attention to detail
