Fincity - Digital Marketing Role (4-7 yrs)

Job Summary:

Fincity is looking for a Digital Marketing specialist who will lead all our digital marketing activities that include Performance Marketing, SEO, ASO strategies and Social Media campaigns. KRAs include leveraging all digital opportunities to ensure we are continuously driving innovative and efficient digital campaigns to manage customers across the marketing funnel- awareness, acquisition, retention and loyalty.

What we are looking for:

- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.

- Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules;

- Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management;

- Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram

- Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels.

- Measure ROI and KPIs.

- Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics.

- Lead, supervise and motivate members of the digital marketing team.

- Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement.

- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices.

What we expect:

- Should have 4+ years of experience in the space of digital marketing and handling brands in the digital space

- Should have handled campaigns to drive engagement online as well as generate leads.

- Knowledge in Google Analytics, Adwords & Facebook Ad Manager[PPC],

- A Team player who can align with Offline team.

- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Effective communication skills
