About the Position :

As a Brand Identity and Creative Director, you will :
- Research industry, marketing, and cultural trends to create brand strategies and campaigns that will keep the brands at the forefront of the marketplace and effectively engage consumer target audiences.
- Bring strong visual, design, written and experiential acumen to our/client's products and services, presented across all major media, content, channels, and experiences.
- Create target audiences and buyer personas.
- Write up competitor analyses and understand their strengths and weaknesses.
- Work with Creative teams (in-house, consultants) to establish and articulate the brand identity, promise, and story.
- Present and refine brand strategies with the client and project managers.
Key Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in a creative field at an advertising agency.
- Experience with social media networks including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Google and latest trends.
- Portfolio demonstrating campaign work.
- Experience building D2C digital brand a plus.
