Job Responsibilities :
- Support, administration and maintenance of business finance systems including Anaplan, Workday Financials, Revport and Concur.
- Assist and support implementations of enhancements, systems, services, or data related to the Finance team.
- Coordinate with finance application vendors, the Technology and Finance departments and others parties to implement upgrades, releases and enhancements as well as communicate any changes to relevant users.
- Test and implement system configuration changes, upgrades, new functionality and business reports relevant to finance.
- Provide technical support to the users globally either in person or via telephone, teleconference or e-mail.
- Support and comply with the corporate strategies, plans and policies, development initiatives.
- Project management participation and documentation including the creation of project and test plans and business requirements.
