6. Operational Excellence (NBL, Utilization, Compliance etc.)

7. Talent Management (Hiring, Mentoring, Leadership development etc.)

8. Stakeholder Management

9. SPOC for sales team in terms of business development, proposals, contracts, delivery, resource demands, and other logistics

Mandatory skills (Must Have)

- Leadership Payments Industry background

- Relationship development Business development / Pre-sales

- People Management

- P&L Management

- IT Services background

- Financial Industry background

- IT Delivery Experience with International clients

- Impact And Influence

Internal

- The Business Head will be a key member of the retail Payment management

- This position will be the single authority for leading and managing all the International business in retail Payments business across geographies.

External

- Represent company in the industry/marketing events as well as key stakeholder

- India / Chennai or Mumbai
