a. Purpose of the Job : The individual will be responsible for maintaining the fund flow and working capital of the company and managing relationship with Banks/Lending institutions and interact with Accounting, Marketing & Purchasing Teams on all Banking matters b. Deliverables : 1. To manage the fund flow on daily basis and ensuring the adequate funds for day-to-day operations for project deployments 2. To identify the fund requirement in advance, preparing a business model, applying for Loans and do the documentation and other compliance activities for availment of loan facilities. 3. Close operational / month-end activities in performing accounting and reporting in strict timeframes 4. Lead in design / configuration and rolling out of new initiatives for bringing productivity and efficiency in the process. 5. Submission of Various MIS reports with respect to Treasury Activities 6. Coordination with Statutory & Internal Audit Team 7. Responsible for smooth migration to ERP system from legacy system 8. Providing periodical reports to Banks such as CMA data/FFR/QIS/UFCE 9. Responsible for validation of Finance cost and BRS on monthly basis c. Major Challenges : 1. Co-ordination with different teams to build a business model and to provide various information required by the lending institutions. 2. Ability to handle huge volume and work well under pressure. d.
