OBJECTIVE:

- Lead and direct the Product strategy group BU 1

- Be responsible for budget & pricing of the function

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial:

- Adhere to budget numbers w.r.t function

- Be responsible for pricing. Co create pricing structures along with business finance function

Process:

- Achieve targets set on product management function Business modelling & planning, User Training, Documentation, Pre-sales, Product alliances, etc

- Create solutions insulting model and achieve target revenue and customer depth

- Deliver Business & People Intelligence insights to management by competitor, new market/ legislative & Internal culture assessment and analysis

Customer Engagement:

- Anticipate customer evolution, i.e., to receive, discuss and anticipate new requirements from/with customers and propose - lowest effort- solutions or workarounds

- Maintain and build strong relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction through Tech documentation, Product consolidation, customer advisory board

- Co create external branding strategies through Marketing, user conference, new market promos, etc

Employee Engagement:

- Be responsible for better Employee engagement, better participation for the assigned group

- Create and run developer blogs, recognition for the assigned group as per targets

Resource Management:

- Performance reviews, manpower planning, recruitment, training & development as per the required competencies, attrition management, performance management for the team, conflict resolution and counselling

Leadership:

- Provide direction and guidance to team members and suggest process improvements within the company and to the clients

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:

- B. Tech/M. Tech /MCA/MBA from premier institute with 20+ years of experience

- Experience in leading diverse teams which involve high level of detail and delivery mechanisms

- Excellent understanding of domestic market and competition w.r.to payments systems, solutions and products

- Location: Chennai
