Brand Management :

- Define and develop Brand Strategy in line with FSS Vision across geographies

- Develop, manage and implement the FSS Brand Manual

- Define and coordinate marketing programs for demand creation and lead generation with our sales team and implement lead tracking and communication process

- Researching the sector, market trends, customer attitudes, competitors and bench marking best practices. Continue to develop and train in new technologies, social media and latest thinking in internal / external communications.

- Strategize and implement Brand & Customer Survey. Implement development plans to strengthen the brand and customer base.

Communication Strategy :

- Defining marketing strategies to support the company's overall growth strategy and objectives

- Develops and implements strategic plans for the Corporate Marketing Department to facilitate the achievement of the FSS's vision.

- Devise, develop and implement internal communications programs to support organizational objectives and playing a leading role in shaping the content, tone and mode of delivery of key messages to all internal / external audiences.

- Analyzes stakeholder research findings as part of developing a compelling vision for the Corporate Marketing Department.

- Identify and develop communication channels and tools.

- Preparation and presentation of materials including corporate marketing collaterals, intranet / web site content and conference speeches for senior management to convey key messages and new developments.

- Listening- to the trends of the market and directing the market research efforts of the company

- Ensure that all internal communications activities are properly integrated with our external communications, marketing priorities and strategies

- Liaising with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution etc. that meets market demands

Public Relations :

- Manages relations, and builds relationships with key industry media.

- Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure proper dissemination of the Communication of the organization.

- Advances an interactive and technologically based media to build communication between the customers and FSS representatives.

- Monitor and research perceptions of internal audiences to campaigns, and communications outputs. Monitoring of and reporting on the communications campaign and/or event's progress.

- Tie-up and maintain relationship with Industry bodies like TiE/ NASSCOMM / IAMAI / CII / CATMI and other domestic / international bodies.

- Develop and maintain long term relationship with industry thought leader and marketing association and advisors.

Program Management :

- Ensure the consistent and accurate delivery of key business messages with defined internal audiences.

- Propose, manage and control budgets, ideas, themes and timescales for corporate events and internal communications campaigns.

- Manage and monitor the budget for communication projects, whilst taking every opportunity to explore and secure economies of scale, synergy and effectiveness.

- Vendor Management and negotiation with external stakeholders (media house)

People Management :

- Leads team members of the Corporate Marketing Department to execute all communication, and production activities of FSS

- Supervises the research, development and implementation of a Communication strategy, standards and practices organizational-wide that elicit, as well as promote the ethos of the organization.

Requirements and Expectations :

- Should hold an MBA from premier institute with minimum of 15+ years of experience preferably from the payments/e-commerce/Financial Services industry

- Experience must include strategic planning, communications planning and management, Marketing and Media relations

- Strong in Business Analytics and pick up on trends and patterns that can lead to better, more successful marketing efforts

- Ability to coordinate the efforts of a large team of diverse creative employees

- Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in Marketing including PR, written communication, website development, market research, product packaging, Microsoft software suite of products, visual communication software products, and creative services.
