THE POSITION: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Job Location : Chennai

- This role offers you the opportunity to work directly under the leadership and guidance of C-level executives at FSS and assisting CXOs in the overall management of the company.

- This is an ideal position for candidates whose ambition is to take up leadership roles early in their careers as it will give you all round exposure to key business functions in an organization.

Role Requirements :

- MBA from Tier-1 Business Schools (IIM/ISB)

- 4 to 6 years of experience in performing the role of Executive Assistant to the CEO/MD or the President from Top Consulting firms or IT organizations.

- High degree of empathy towards team members, customers, investors, etc.

- An analytical mindset driven by data, research and arithmetic.

- Ability to build world class presentations, excel sheets and reports.

- Ability to build easy to understand dashboards and reports from complex systems.

- Displays high degree of discipline, confidentiality, integrity and trust.

- Ability to get things done : You are results-driven and meet adversity with tenacity.

- You are a master organizer who consistently looks ahead and anticipates needs before they arise.

- Emotional intelligence : You are both highly self-aware and perceptive toward the CXOs and other key relationships.

- You should be positive, empathetic, flexible, and curious.

- Loyal and selfless : Our leadership team must be able to implicitly trust you, and you should be constantly looking for ways to offer support. You must be confident enough to be candid when needed, while also humble enough to work behind the scenes.

Role Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with members of the senior management to execute business ideas and plans.

- Prepare MIS reports to support strategic business planning and decision-making.

- Identify and assess tools for different processes such as Sales and Operations.

- Interpret operations data to understand current business performance.

- Collaborate with the management and help improve their vision for current and new business avenues.

- Analyze processes, workflows, and other business data to outline business trends, patterns and suggest improvements in processes and systems.

- Conduct research to understand emerging business practices and present reports to enable decision making.
