Key Responsibilities :

- SPOC for Retail Payments (Solutions) domain Expertise

- Domain Competency building - Collateral creation and management, Training

- Business development and Pre-sales support and presentations to client

- Lead / Participate in Consulting assignments

- Marketing material preparation and support marketing events

- Lead / Support Solution creation

- Ownership of Functional / Business components in existing Engagements

Mandatory skills (Must Have)

Leadership

Exp- 15 Yrs. BFSI Experience - Min 10 Yrs. in Payments, Min 5 Yrs. in Retail Payments.


- Exposure to Business Processes and regulations in different Geos

- Business development / Pre-sales Support Experience

- Leading Practice / Sub Practice development

- IT Services (BFSI) background with mid / large IT Services - Exp. with International and domestic clients in BFSI

- Consulting Experience

Desirable skills ( Nice To Have) :

- Technology basic understanding and experience

- IT Delivery Experience

- White Papers

- Impact And Influence

Internal :

- The domain lead will be a key member of the retail Payment Services business

- This position will be the single authority for domain inputs for retail Payments services business across geographies.

External :

- Represent company in the industry/marketing events

- Geography/ Location

- India / Chennai or Mumbai

Role Requirements :

Experience : 15-20 Years experience

Educational Qualification : MBA / BE / ME / B.Tech. / M. Tech. / MCA
