Financial Reporting Specialist - USGAAP - CA

- Month end reporting and preparation of schedules for consolidation & Intercompany Reporting & support GL close for Local GAAP & US GAAP.

- Quarterly & annual filings to various regulators under US GAAP.

- Responsible for stabilizing & financial reporting migrations.

- Liaising with the regional Controllers. Having an understanding of financial reporting process.

- Needs to understand the Business and Structure of the Legal Entities assigned.

- Supporting the General Ledger and other reporting applications including managing the SOX compliance.
