Job Overview:
- As a Financial Reporting Specialist, you will play a critical role in the financial planning and reporting processes of our organization.
- You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive financial communication documents, including press releases, and facilitating various meetings with key stakeholders.
- Your expertise in financial analysis and presentation will support strategic decision-making and enhance our financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Communication:
- Prepare and distribute quarterly Financial Communication documents (press releases) to the group, ensuring clarity and compliance with regulatory standards.
Meeting Preparation:
- Coordinate and prepare materials for connect meetings, ensuring all relevant financial data and updates are accurately represented.
- Develop presentations for Board Meetings, incorporating economic updates and key financial indicators to inform strategic discussions.
Profit Calculations:
- Conduct thorough profit working analyses to assist in advance tax calculations, preparing miscellaneous reports on a quarterly basis.
Long-Range Planning (LRP) and Budgeting:
- Consolidate and present details for Long-Range Planning (LRP), Budget, and RF1, RF2, and RF3 reports, collaborating with various departments to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
Annual Pre-Closure Meeting:
- Gather and consolidate information for the annual pre-closure meeting, presenting findings and insights to senior management.
Finance Conference:
- Prepare and deliver presentations for finance conferences, highlighting key financial metrics, trends, and strategies to stakeholders.
BB Visit Preparation:
- Organize and prepare all necessary documentation and presentations for Business Board (BB) visits, ensuring a comprehensive overview of financial performance.
Financial Planning:
- Assist in the preparation of financial plans for treasury management, providing insights into liquidity and capital allocation.

- Ability to create engaging and informative presentations that clearly communicate financial data to diverse audiences.
