Chaitanya India Fin Credit - Financial Reporting Role - Micro Finance - CA

Qualification: Chartered Accountant in Must

Experience: 3-4 years in NBFC industry & INDAS knowledge is( Only NGFC/MFI)

Function : Financial Reporting, Taxation & Accounts

Key Responsibilities :

- Preparation of monthly/quarterly & annual Financial Statements as per Ind AS & IGAAP and Audit committee/ Board presentation.

- Coordination and finalization of quarterly & annual Financial Statements and with Statutory Auditors & Regulators auditors.

- Interaction with Investor Due diligence auditors and Investment Bankers as a SPOC for fresh Equity fundraising.

- Hands-on experience in preparing a forecast, Budget, and next 5 years business plan for the company.

- Handling direct tax compliance [ IT Return & Tax audit] along with the monthly review of TDS

- Ensuring compliance with GST law and filling of returns & reconciliation with FS.

- Preparation of Monthly reporting dashboard for MD office e.g.: OSS, Yield, Model wise profitability, Segment reporting, etc.

- Analysis & identification of variances between actual and forecast data (Variance Analysis).
