KRA:
- Preparation of Financial statements and notes to account in accordance with the requirements of IRDAI regulations and Accounting standards
- Liasoning with auditors for quarterly review and audit of financial statements
- Analysis reports: MIS, Operating expenses analysis, Variance analysis, Audit committee presentation, print publication, website disclosure
- Preparation of financial statements and making necessary adjustment to be reported to holding company for consolidation purpose as per Accounting standards as well as Ind AS
- Life council reporting, Analysing changes in exposure drafts issued by IRDAI and providing comments/suggestions on the same
- Special assignments handled: Assisted in IPO related work
- Restatement of financial statements, compliance with SEBI ICDR regulations, Liasoning with auditors
