Job Description:.

- We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Associate to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team.

- The successful candidate will initially be employed on our company's payroll for a 12-month period.

- Following this, based on satisfactory performance, there will be an opportunity to transition permanently to our client's payroll.

Responsibilities:.

- Conduct detailed financial analysis and forecasting to support business decisions.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights.

- Implement and maintain financial models and projections.

- Ensure compliance with IND AS and other relevant financial regulations.

- Participate in budgeting, financial planning, and cost management initiatives.

- Provide analytical support for special projects.

Minimum Qualifications:.

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant.

- Thorough knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:.

- Additional certifications such as ACCA, IFRS are highly desirable.

- Previous experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and planning in a multinational corporate environment.
