Our client is a leading Financial Services firm based in Mumbai

Job Title : Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Location : Andheri, Mumbai

Job Responsibilities :

- Meet Board and Investor requirements on reporting

- Analytics - Review P&L to drive profitability in structured manner

- Get into details of business drivers and bring them to the discussion

- Automate reporting and processes to bring efficiency into timelines

- Preparation of the budget and financial forecast and reporting of variances

- Ability to work with business and operations team in unstructured situations

Desired Qualification & Skills :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (1st / 2nd attempt) with atleast 2 years of relevant work experience

- Excellent Excel skills with working knowledge of various Ratios

- Should have worked with Banks / NBFCs (Retail Finance Lending)

- Well versed with IND-AS

- Analytical Mindset & extremely good at numbers

- Presentation Skills

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

- Strong networking and relationship building skills

- Ability to deal with ambiguity and change
